Image If you are looking for a great workout in friendly and supportive atmosphere then you're sure to enjoy our fitness classes.  The classes are "non-contact" and are based on a variety of training methods including circuit training, Tabata, pad work and skipping.  The class is ideal for men and women who would like to train for fighting fitness (without the fighting!)  There is no requirement to join the kickboxing class or take part in any sparring.

Muscle & Fitness magazine rates fitness (aerobic) kickboxing as the number one fat burner with over 800 calories burned in a one hour class. 

All the exercises are scalable – which means that they can be done at all levels of fitness.  Encouragement is given throughout the class however it is entirely up to you how hard you work.  So you can “glow gently” or “go ballistic”.  Everyone can benefit and your fitness will increase week after week as you train.
