Kickboxing Grading (21/06/2009) | Print |  E-mail
Sunday, 21 June 2009

The grading today was a tough session for all the students.  Everyone battled through in spite of a couple of minor knocks and the instructors were delighted with the overall standard of the syllabus work and the attitude displayed throughout the grading.

As a general rule kicking techniques and general flexibility need attention but quality of the sparring was excellent.  Any outstanding licence slips will be issured shortly in one of the classes.

A particular mention should be given to Kelley who took part in the Moon Walk on Saturday night and then came to the grading, without sleep, to sit her orange belt grading which she passed.  Well done to Kelley for a big show of martial arts attitude.

The next kickboxing grading will be in October.
