As promised tonights class started with a “progressive bleep test” – or shuttle runs back and forth across the hall to a progressively faster pace set by a pre-recorded “bleep”.  All you’ve got to do is keep up, ha ha....

The results below are recorded as "level-shuttle"  e.g. level 5, shuttle 4 reads: 5-4.

The results in brackets are students personal best test result as our records stand. A student that set a new personal best is denoted with a PB.  As you can see from the results there were a lot is personal bests set last night which is is fantastic.
