Speaking for myself I can only say that I had a great time today doing the fitness test.  The route, chosen by Suzi, was fantastic and the scenery around Loch Leven was beautiful.

Starting from the Burley Sands car park the route took us round the north edge of the loch along country and woodland trails.  The test was a requirement for myself, Suzi, Ross, Tam and Ryan but we were joined by Lorna, Lesley and Kelley who fancied taking part "to keep us company".  However having been at an Ann Summers party the night before the girls may have been regretting the promise to take part.

There was much talk at the end of the cycle of getting together to do another route simetime soon, so listen in class and watch this space for more info.

Unfortunately I forgot to take a camera with me to take a couple of pictures for the website, however I found this picture on the internet which is pretty close to the what we were doing - honest.
