The lower limit on the kids starting age for Kickboxing is between 5 to 6 years.  All children are different and some will respond to classes quickly whilst for others the experience may be a little overwhelming.

All classes offer 2 FREE introductory classes to see how you little martial artist will settle - so you've nothing to lose.

The children generally "graduate" or move up to the seniors class at the age of 12, though this again is closley monitored and reviewed on a student by student basis.
