We teach Semi-Contact and Light-Contact style kickboxing, not Full-Contact style. Both Semi-Contact and Light-Contact kickboxing are athletically demanding and taking part in our classes and commiting to training a minimum or twice a week will see a considerable improvement in your level of fitness. These styles of "fighting" offer considerable benefits to self-confidence, stress relief, physical co-ordination without the much increased risk of injuries that go hand in hand with full contact kickboxing.
