Please note that recent changes in the W.A.K.O. and W.K.A. association competition rules makes it compulsory to wear hand wraps (under gloves) at all competitions. The requirement to wear wraps within our classes will be reviewed over the coming months and will be advised.

Wraps can be purchased in class in either black or pink for £4.50.

There are several ways to wrap the hands and in most cases it's a matter of personal preference.  A search of Google or You Tube will show you options and if you are in any doubt speak to your class instructor.
