There is an exciting process of development ongoing in the self defence skills taught at the self defence classes.  Charles and Craig are heading to Virginia Beach in the U.S. in October to train with Tony Blauer and his team on the PDR Instructor Certification training.  This is an exciting addition to the core self defence skills we teach every week at class.

The UK’s Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO), which is responsible for establishing training standards across the country, approved the S.P.E.A.R. System™ for inclusion in their new Manual of Guidance for Personal Safety Training for the Police Officer.
